Social Media Coordination

During the social media onboarding process, we require all new clients/businesses we work with to complete a New Client Agreement & Brand Assessment and their deposit invoice.
We will analyze your current status on designated platforms and collect all materials needed from clients to begin curating content.
At this point, there is a 7 business day period of planning and design.
This is a Non-Negotiable period of preparation.
Once we have completed the content, the client will have the opportunity to request changes to the content, provide captions, and preferred verbiage. Then we begin.
Your renewal date is based on the first post date.
Any post we miss will be added on the back end of your term.
Your Monthly Analytics will be sent to you within 7 business days of the end of your term (monthly).

Website Development
Let's get digital! Putting your business on social media is one thing, but now you need to give your business an online HOME. With proper planning, clear communication, and a goal, we can create a website for your company. We create professional business platforms, landing pages, e-commerce stores, as well as blog sites. Our team is ready to give your company a true facelift.
During the website development onboarding process, we require all new clients/businesses we work with to complete a New Client Agreement & Brand Assessment and their deposit invoice.
We will then collect all the information needed for your website (verbiage, services, products, terms & conditions, and more).
Once we have completed the first draft, we will send you a link to your site as well as your Website Information form to input your edits. At this point, we will use the information provided to make updates.
Once we have completed the design part, we will start on SEO and Google My Business registration. After this is completed, we will go live!
Depending on the needs of your website, the development process can range from 2-8 weeks. If this time is exceeded, a meeting will be scheduled to renegotiate terms.
After the site has been transferred we can help walk you through to get accustomed to your new site. We can then add your payment methods (e-commerce only).

During the VA onboarding process, we require all new clients/businesses we work with to complete a New Client Agreement & Brand Assessment and their retainer paid.
Once these requirements are met, clients will have the opportunity to fill out our VA Task Form for all tasks to be completed.
Virtual Assistance is billed automatically on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
